WHSC hosts several Regional & National events this season.

On the 1st & 2nd of July we host the Optimist Munsters – With an expected 120+ competitors taking part in 2 full days of racing, this is sure to be a lively event.

On the 19th & 20th August we welcome back the 420’s for the Irish Nationals – We expect these double hander, performance racers, to be super competitive as they fight to become the Irish Champions.

On the 21st, 22nd & 23rd September WHSC hosts the 1720 Nationals – The last 1720 event here, in Dunmore East, was 2 years ago and proved to be fantastic both on & off the water. These high energy Sports Boats return this year and we expect this to be an event not to miss.

The Third Open Water Swim takes place here in the Harbour on 28th May 2023.

This is a fantastic fundraising event in aid of the RNLI. The clubhouse will be open for registrations and we invite all down to support this amazing event with an expected 300+ swimmers.
