The WHSC paddling and kayak group was set up in 2021 to offer safe, supported fun to people interested in getting out in kayaks.
Over 60 members immediately registered an interest and the group is now well established. The Kayak group organises outings to local destinations like the coves scattered immediately around Dunmore East, and then further afield to Portally.
Kayaking offer a unique perspective on the beautiful shoreline around Dunmore East and Waterford Harbour.
